As part of our new deposit scheme in the order of any customer cancelling, this will be a non refundable deposit. In the case of the company cancelling, customers will recieve a full deposit refund. Total deposit paid will then be deducted from outstanding amount once the item has arrived. If in stock items are ordered with a pre order item they will be sent once all items are in stock.
