HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Royal Mail Tracked £3.99, please allow 3-4 days.
WE ARE NOW USING GLOBAL E SHIPPING - If you choose free shipping, please allow 20+ days to reach you. You will not receive tracking until your order has reached the departing airport. This can take up to 5 working days from us shipping it. Global-E are fully responsible for tracking of the parcel, we have no control over this.
Global-E Air option is operated by DHL express and tracking will begin straight from us shipping. Please allow anywhere between 5-20 days depending on location for delivery.
I HAVE INPUTTED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Unfortunately all our orders are processed immediately, Amendments to delivery options are not available in after the point of order confirmation. Please contact us immediately and a member of our team will try to help.
