SECTION 24 - DEPOSITS

As part of our new deposit scheme in the order of any customer cancelling, this will be a non refundable deposit. In the case of the company cancelling due to manufacturingissued, customers will recieve a full deposit refund. Total deposit paid will then be deducted from outstanding amount once the item has arrived. If in stock items are ordered with a pre order item they will be sent once all items are in stock. Should you wish for your in stock items to be sent at an earlier date please contact Rock and Roll Collectibles as additional postage costs may apply. Customers will recieve an invoice upon delivery of their pre order to which the customer will have 5 working days to finalise payment. If the payment isn't complete within the time frame this will result in a cancellation with non-reefundable deposit.
